Official Support

Premium customer support is available for the device if you need help, and it will be regularly tested for quality assurance.

Unofficial Support

Premium customer support is not available for the device, and only community assisted support will be available if you need help. The device may or may not be regularly tested for quality assurance. Community members are welcome at any time to contribute to supporting these devices.

Power Tip

Consistent Power Supply

An Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) is highly recommended for any bitcoin node, as sudden power loss is never a good thing. If you experience power outages or even instability for a few moments then your node may get knocked offline.

SSD Enclosure

SSD enclosures that use USB are not supported due to major instability issues.
