Desktop x86 Setup

Desktop x86 devices such as a MiniPC or Laptop are currently compatible with RoninOS.

Requirements

Requirements for a Bitcoin Node custom build:

  • Desktop x86 Computer
  • 2TB SSD - M.2 NVME
  • USB Stick 64GB
  • Power Supply

Following the requirements above, here are examples of a Desktop x86 based build. There is a wide variety of MiniPC devices on the market, and most should work.

Some refurbished hardware can cause trouble so always check your return policy.
